About Cedar

Strategy, behaviour, creativity, technology and judgement, working together.

Cedar combines experienced human judgement with intelligent technology to help organisations achieve more — without compromising strategy, quality or purpose.

Many organisations can now generate content, designs and plans themselves. The difficulty is knowing what to create, whether it is strategically sound, how people will respond, and how it all fits together. Cedar provides that missing layer — not as an AI agency, and not as a conventional design or marketing agency, but as an outcomes-led strategy, development and delivery consultancy.

The Cedar Advantage

+

Strategy

We establish what needs to change, why it matters and what success should look like.

+

Behaviour

We consider how people actually think, decide, participate and respond — not merely what we want them to do.

+

Creativity

We turn complex ideas into propositions, experiences and communications that people can understand and engage with.

+

Technology

We use AI, automation and digital tools to accelerate research, development, production and delivery.

+

Judgement

Every output is shaped and quality-controlled through experienced human analysis, commercial understanding and practical implementation expertise.

Some of the work

Walsall — reimagining the town centre

Town-centre footfall was low and the public's relationship with the High Street needed renewed interest. Cedar used the locally recognised Walsall Hippo as the centre of a playful place-based experience — geolocation, augmented reality and QR codes, expanding into a public exhibition, community events and a Minecraft recreation that let younger people reimagine the town themselves.

G Travel — building a market presence from almost nothing

A dependable business-travel provider with very little marketing infrastructure. Cedar developed the brand identity, website, literature, exhibition materials and content planning — creating a coherent, credible market presence. G Travel was subsequently acquired by a larger group.

ROC — clarity across a national programme portfolio

A complex national charity with many different programmes needed greater clarity and consistency in how it communicated. Cedar developed a cohesive visual language across newsletters, promotions, advertising, webinars and events — built around what it is, why it matters, and what to do next.
